Back in the UK after a very interesting week in Shanghai where Hartridge and Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) Shanghai personnel jointly provided advice and guidance to local and international visitors from China, the Asia Pacific region, Middle East, Africa, Europe and the USA.

The Hartridge stand, at Automechanika Shanghai, focused on our injector testing capability with established products like the CRi-PC, IFT-70and YDT-35 for Common Rail injector. 

We also promoted our more recently launched HK1400, an extremely popular cambox for testing EUI and EUP on a range of manufacturers test benches. We showcased the new Delphi E3 ZBLN alignment / assembly tools and introduced for the first time in Asia our soon to be launched Sabre CRi Master.

This new addition to the Hartridge Common Rail injector testing family is an 1800 bar, electronically metered and tablet controlled test bench. In live demonstrations customers and distributors loved the ease of installation. It simply needs to be connected to a single phase power, filled with test oil and the Sabre CRi Master is ready for its first injector. The simple user interface gives access to automated test procedures with electronic results that can be saved, shared and printed via USB, WIFI or Bluetooth.

The Hartridge stand became the focal point for the many DPSS and Hartridge customers who had travelled to Shanghai for the event and associated training at the Local DPSS facility.
