Hartridge at Automechanika in Frankfurt

Posted by Anne Ruff on September 24, 2008

Hartridge was present at the 20th edition of Automechanika in Frankfurt, last September. This year, with a stand three times bigger than previous events, Hartridge made its presence felt stronger at the show. 2008 saw a particular growth of visitors from Latin America as well as the former USSR countries where the diesel market is growing rapidly.

It was another successful show for Hartridge, with the international launch of new products for Common Rail testing.

The CRp-PC, a brother version of the CRi-PC has been designed to provide service workshops with a quick and simple testing of all makes Common Rail pumps. While the IFT-70 can provide all level of workshops, from vehicle garages to diesel workshops, with a fast simple diesel injector diagnostic capability.

Following customer feedback, Hartridge has also developed an add-on for the AVM2-PC to cater specifically for Bosch CP2 pump testing. The main features of this new kit enable the test of CP2 pump flow, pump solenoid resistance checks and adjustable solenoid supply voltage while using the AVM2 test bench as a user interface and measuring device.

The FQM-20 received a lot of attention by our international customers. In a market where diesel fuel can be contaminated through poor filtration, the FQM-20 offers an easy to use test quality solution. Far quicker test results than the traditional laboratory tests, it allows workshops to advise customers of fuel quality issues.

Hartridge also re-enforced its close relationships with the major OE. Delphi launched on their stand the testing of E1 injectors. Developed by Hartridge for and with Delphi, this solution can be used with the Delphi Authorised solution or with the Hartridge All Makes load cell test equipment, while Denso demonstrated their new EDC PC controlled software testing V4 pumps on AVM2-PC.

So keep in mind to visit Hartridge Ltd at the next Automechanika Frankfurt, on the 14 -19th September 2010. It's a date for your diary and we look forward to seeing you all again.
