Hartridge are pleased to announce the release of Magmahplus, a new enhanced software platform that will be applied across AVM2-PC, CRi-PC and CRp-PC.

In order to provide Hartridge users with new and increased revenue opportunities, Magmahplus provides access to new features in “All Makes” testing and a platform for the next developments in our OEM partners authorised testing of pumps and injectors.

New features that are accessible with Magmahplus include:-

CRi-PC
  • New release of IRIS providing C3i capability, plus improved testing times and performance with certain C2i tests and coding.
AVM2-PC
  • New release of IRIS providing EUI capability for Delphi E1 injectors.Auto Pressure Control for Common Rail Pump testing in conjunction with HB401 APC unit.
  • All Makes EUI loadcell.
  • Future developments that will require magmahplus will include All Makes Heavy duty CR pump HP0/CP2, IRIS for CR pump and injector (C2i and C3i).
CRp-PC
  • Future developments will include All Makes Heavy duty CR pump HP0/CP2 and IRIS for CR pump.

Benefits:

  • This will be the platform used for future developments with AVM2-PC, CRi-PC and CRp-PC.
  • Increased test bench capability and additional revenue stream e.g. C3i, E1 and EUI Loadcell.
  • Increased throughput and reduced labour content e.g. HB401 CR pump Auto Pressure Control saving 20 to 50% in pump test times.
  • Free regular updates and enhancements during the license period relevant to the options purchased.

Structure:

The elements of magmahplus are provided with either a Continuous Operation Licence or an Annual licence.

Continuous license: These features once enabled, will continue to operate after the initial 12 month licence has expired, however it will not be possible to install software updates or upgrades until the product is re-registered.

Annual Licence: These features will operate whilst a valid licence is held, on expiry of the licence these features will be disabled until the product is re-registered.
