Raglan Diesel Injection Ltd

Based in New Zealand, Raglan Diesel Injection Ltd was founded in 1993 by Matthew Hubbard. The workshop started with Hartridge Test Equipment in the outset of the business. It helped the business to get a good footing in the industry. Matthew has been an Associate Service Member of the AADS (Association of Australasian Diesel Specialists) right from the early days, now progressing to Service Member.

Ragland Diesel Injection Ltd was appointed Stanadyne & Delphi Service Agents in the late 90's. As their customer base grew, the business became involved with providing service, repairs & back up support for OEM customers, mostly servicing Agricultural & Heavy Equipment fuel system and Turbochargers. Their focus became agricultural, earthmoving & Construction, Mining Equipment Fuel Systems. Today Raglan Injection Diesel Ltd continues to support the Major OEM's in its local industry and overseas, by purchasing new test equipment to test and repair the latest fuel systems and developing an expanding service exchange program for EUI, HEUI, DE, DS, DP210, CR & KP21.

Starting off with an 1960's Majestic Test Bench, they progressed, purchasing later test equipment and YDB200 Roll up unit which served the workshop well. In January 2006 an AVM20-12 was added to the equipment collection. This permitted to take the business to a new higher level. Being user friendly, the AVM2-PC has inspired the staff to achieve greater standards in service and repair.

Over the last 3 years, the business also invested in the HK870 and all the Hartridge kits available. "It really makes a difference when we can test any EUI that comes through the workshop door." says Matthew Hubbard.

To support the ever growing Heavy Equipment and Mining customers, in December 2008, Raglan Diesel Injection Ltd undertook the purchase of the 1st in the World Hartridge HS287 - Metering duplexing upgrade kit, which has increased the AVM2-PC metering flow rate to 750mm³/st. Matthew declares "We are very happy with the extra capacity now, some of the large Komatsu and Caterpillar fuel systems we service can be performed with ease and still have capacity left."

The staff at Raglan Diesel Injection Ltd continues to enjoy a busy and successful business, while they continue to strive for ever tighter standards to meet new emissions and service standards that are required. With staff training and new test equipment they are able to provide an excellent level of service and repair for their customers. Matthews says "Thanks to Hartridge Test Equipment, we are meeting the challenge head on and no doubt more new equipment will be purchased in the near future."
