Hartridge IFT-c Injection Function Tester Controller
Poptesting is a very useful way to determine the operability of an injector before subjecting it to more rigorous tests. But not all poptest machines will work with common rail injectors.
Our IFT-c Injection Function Tester Controller is designed to be used in tandem with our HH700 Testmaster 2 or HH701 Testmaster 3 test benches, and enables you to evaluate common rail injectors by using the right voltage and actuating injectors correctly.
The IFT-c can also measure nozzle opening pressures on traditional single stage injectors. An injector may work and actuate correctly, but it may not open long enough for the injection delivery event. The IFT-c will confirm whether or not this is the case.
