Distinguishable from a traditional machine “audit”, the 50+ point Extended Warranty processes have been designed to provide a full machine service and overhaul; reducing downtime and costly, unplanned repair work.

To complete the process and activate your extended 12-month warranty follow the steps below.

How to Extend Your Warranty

Just complete our short form below. Once you’ve done so, keep your warranty card somewhere safe for your records.

Get Your Information Ready

Before you start, make sure you have the following with you to make it a quick and easy process:

Warranty card with reference number label on it
Machine serial number
Your receipt or invoice from Hartridge or distributor for the HS484 or HS485 Extended Warranty Kit used

Please note that your machine warranty is limited to 5 extensions.
